Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively within the Republic of Ireland (ROI).

Order Cut-off & Processing Times

 Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/bank holidays: Dispatched on the next business day.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak sales periods or bank holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our store, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can follow your package right to your doorstep.

Missing or Delayed Packages

If your tracking status shows delivered but you haven't received your package, or if there is an unexpected delay, please contact us at novoactivewear@gmail.com with your order number so we can look into it right away.
